Self-print £20 Your key exists as a file on your device. Where it goes next is up to you. Download and print it yourself, straight away. Posted certificate £40 Your key exists on paper only. It was never stored digitally by anyone, including us. In the post the next working day, by Royal Mail Tracked 24 — tracked the whole way, and delivered through the letterbox, with no card to collect.

Where should we send your receipt?

There are no accounts. This address is the only way back to your order if the upload is interrupted, so please check it.

If a creator gave you one, put it here. We will show what it takes off before you pay.

Where should we post it?

A plain, unbranded padded envelope — deliberately, because of what is inside. We delete this address once the certificate has gone out.

We can only post within the UK at the moment. Printing at home is available anywhere.

Before you pay

Your decryption key is printed once and kept nowhere else. If you lose it, nobody can open your file — not you, and not us. There is no password reset, and that is the point. Deleting a file later reclaims nothing, so no refund is due for it.

I created this work, or I have the right to submit it — and I understand the key cannot be recovered.

By sealing a file you agree to our terms. What we do with your email address and, for posted certificates, your postal address is set out in privacy — it is short, and there is less of it than you expect.
